Description
Keyrock is hiring a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead to lead its Options Engineering team and drive continuous improvement across systematic options trading infrastructure. The role owns automated quoting, execution, risk controls, pricing workflows, production reliability, and the evolution of an existing Rust-native trading platform, while providing technical direction and balancing people leadership with delivery ownership. Candidates should have 7+ years of systematic trading, options market-making, or low-latency trading experience, strong Rust, C++, or C experience, and familiarity with distributed systems, SQL, testing, and production reliability.
