Description
Laravel is hiring a remote leader to build and scale its Enterprise Success function for Laravel Cloud and Private Cloud. The role manages Enterprise Success Engineers, formalizes sales-to-success handoffs, creates customer health scoring and telemetry systems, establishes product feedback loops, and generates expansion signals while maintaining technical credibility with enterprise infrastructure and deployment customers. The position reports to the VP of People and Operations and collaborates with the Head of Enterprise Enablement.
