Description
nLighten is hiring a Head of Facility to build and lead its central Facility function across 34 data centre sites in seven countries. The role owns M&E standards, change requests, root-cause analysis, planned preventive maintenance, vendor and contract governance, PUE and energy performance, operational playbooks, site maturity assessments, and the Operations Academy. It also involves recruiting and developing three sub-function leads, setting KPIs, and acting as the technical interface between Operations and the CTO. The position requires 10+ years of experience in data centres or mission-critical environments, including at least three years in senior management, and involves frequent travel.
