Description
Vercel is hiring a Head of Field Engineering Operations to architect and scale the operational systems, processes, and insights for its field engineering organization. The role will build and lead a high-performing operations team, shape team structures and RACI models, manage capacity planning and territory design, own the pre- to post-sales lifecycle, and develop metrics and reporting infrastructure. It reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and is hybrid in-office in San Francisco, with anchor-office days for candidates within commuting distance of San Francisco, New York City, or Austin. The role requires at least 8 years of relevant operations or technical program leadership experience, including 3 years building and leading teams, along with GTM systems, territory planning, and capacity modeling expertise. The San Francisco base pay range is $260,000-$300,000, with equity and other benefits.
