Head of Field Operations at Terrascan

Terrascan is hiring a Head of Field Operations to build and professionalize its Fieldwork and SME department, develop field operations as an independent business unit, manage planners, fieldworkers, and environmental supervisors, establish planning and collaboration processes across Lijnden and Rotterdam, and improve resource deployment, partnerships, and operational performance. The role requires leadership experience in an operational environment, team-building experience, and strong process and results-management skills; an interest in soil investigation and safety is a plus. The position offers 32–40 hours per week, a gross monthly salary of €6,000–€8,000, travel expense reimbursement, and a 12-month contract with prospects of a permanent contract.
