Description
Bromcom is hiring a Head of Finance to join its executive leadership team and drive the financial strategy, governance, performance, and commercial growth of a fast-growing EdTech business. The role includes producing management accounts and KPI reporting, leading and motivating the finance team, maintaining financial models and budgets, overseeing tax compliance and statutory reporting, supporting audits, and advising on pricing and sales margins. It requires ACA or ACCA qualification, at least five years of post-qualification experience, and the ability to travel to and work from Bromley five days per week.
