Description
The Head of Finance will lead a finance department in a family-owned metal-processing and mechanical-systems engineering company in Osnabrück. The role covers financial accounting, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, costing, controlling, financial statements, liquidity and cash-flow planning, dunning, business and investment planning, and advisory support for executive management and operational business units. The position also oversees employee development, process and control-system optimization, and coordination with tax advisors, banks, authorities, and external service providers. Candidates need a business administration or economics degree focused on accounting or controlling, or commercial vocational training with certified financial accountant training, along with HGB accounting knowledge, financial statement preparation experience, leadership experience, and ERP or DATEV familiarity.
