Description
The HEIM Group is hiring a Head of Financial Accounting in Ulm for a full-time permanent role. The position leads and develops the accounting team, oversees financial accounting, prepares and coordinates financial statements under the German Commercial Code, ensures legal and tax compliance, coordinates with auditors and tax advisors, and improves accounting processes. The role includes approximately 40% hands-on operational work and requires several years of finance and accounting experience, strong HGB and DATEV knowledge, and leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility.
