Head of Financial Control at Modulr

Modulr is hiring a Head of Financial Control in Mumbai to own the group’s financial close, audit and control framework, and lead a growing Financial Control team largely based in India. The role covers month-end close, balance-sheet governance, reconciliation controls, external audit coordination, statutory and regulatory reporting, tax compliance, international entity oversight, team leadership, and finance transformation projects including NetSuite enhancements and finance AI adoption. Candidates should be ACA or equivalent qualified with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience leading financial control in a complex, multi-entity group, along with strong technical accounting, close, audit, and reconciliation expertise.
