Wiltshire Council is hiring a Head of Financial Management to join its senior leadership team and lead financial planning, budget setting, financial reporting, and statutory accounts. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Procurement, the role will advise senior leaders and elected members, support financial sustainability, develop people, and strengthen the council’s finance function. The position offers a salary of £76,191–£81,079 and follows a hybrid working model requiring office staff to be on site for at least half their working hours each week.
