Description

Metrea is hiring a Head of Financial Systems to own and govern finance and operational systems, lead Microsoft D365 and related system rollouts, drive AI and automation across finance processes, improve reporting and analytics, and support financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration. The role leads a globally distributed team, requires professional accounting qualification and extensive finance systems and transformation experience, and is based in a hybrid London or Washington, DC office with travel to other offices.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: Finance transformation delivery in a scaling, multi-entity, multi-currency environment
Finance systems expertise, including Microsoft D365 in a lead or ownership capacity
Practical fluency in AI, automation, and emerging technology applied to finance
Financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration experience
Experience building and developing teams
Experience leading a distributed team across time zones
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a regulated, government-contracting, or aerospace and defence environment
Experience integrating acquired businesses onto a common finance platform
