Description
Novibet is hiring a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning strategy, support executive decision-making, and improve business performance across functions. The role reports to the CFO and focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, cash flow and working capital management, process improvement, and support for strategic initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, and capital allocation. Candidates should have a finance/accounting background, 7+ years of FP&A or similar experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
