Description
BAE Systems is hiring an internal Head of FP&A, IM&T to lead financial planning and analysis for its IM&T delivery, supporting a c£1bn annual spend and the One DDC transformation. The role will define FP&A strategy, quarterly reporting, cost-down initiatives, integrated business planning, financial insights, and operating-model improvements, while partnering with Finance, IM&T, and other capability centres. It requires a fully qualified accountant with FP&A, financial accounting, project accounting, and management accounting experience, strong leadership and influence skills, and knowledge of BAE Systems financial policies. The position is based in Preston or Frimley with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days onsite per week.
