Hydrotechnik GmbH is hiring a Head of Global Business Development & Distribution to build and expand its international sales partner network across 136 countries outside its German, French, Italian, American, Chinese, and Japanese subsidiaries. The role covers business development strategy, distributor acquisition, regional go-to-market planning, international customer and partner relationships, sales-team leadership, and representation at trade events. It is a full-time permanent position based in Limburg an der Lahn and requires international business development or sales experience, team leadership experience, strong intercultural and communication skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel.
