Hydrotechnik GmbH is hiring a Head of Global Business Development & Distribution to build and expand its international distribution business across 136 countries outside Germany, France, Italy, the USA, China, and Japan. The role develops regional go-to-market strategies, wins and develops sales partners and distributors, owns revenue and business development for assigned regions, leads the international sales team, and represents the company at international events. It is a full-time permanent position based in Limburg an der Lahn and requires a degree or comparable qualification, several years of relevant international business development or industrial B2B experience, team leadership experience, strong intercultural and English skills, and willingness for frequent international travel.
