Corteco GmbH is hiring a Head of Global Strategic Sourcing to build and lead a global sourcing organization for its international aftermarket business. The role will develop sourcing strategy, establish governance, build supplier networks especially in Asia, modernize sourcing processes, support product and portfolio growth, and collaborate with cross-functional leadership. Candidates need 15+ years of international leadership experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, commercial leadership, or general management, along with experience in automotive aftermarket or related sectors, supplier ecosystem development, and cross-cultural stakeholder management. The position is based in Shanghai or requires extensive travel within Asia and globally.
