Description

MediCircle is hiring a Medication Sourcing Growth Manager to build and scale the company’s medication sourcing pipeline. The role owns acquisition channels, strategic partnerships, lead generation, deal execution, account management, experimentation, CRM and data systems, and patient-education campaigns. It requires funnel and outreach experience, partnership-building, data fluency, experimental design, customer insight, and strong execution; healthcare, startup, and growth or business development experience are preferred.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience running acquisition funnels and outreach campaigns

Early-stage startup experience
3+ years of experience in growth, strategic partnerships, sales, or business development, ideally in healthcare
Experience creating a sales, business development, or strategic partnerships playbook from scratch
Natural relationship-building and communication skills
