Description
The newly created Head of HR and Recruiting will bridge operational HR and recruiting work with executive management, translate strategy into actionable priorities, lead and develop the HR and recruiting team, develop people strategy, improve HR and recruiting processes, strengthen employer branding, build HR reporting, and advise on people-related topics. The role requires an HR-focused degree, prior HR leadership experience, recruiting and process development experience, labor-law knowledge, fluent German, and flexible work from Jena or an easily reachable area.
