Description
The Associate Director – Head of HR Applications Support will lead the service, governance, security, compliance, and continuous improvement of Mace’s HR applications portfolio, including Oracle Fusion HCM, Zellis ResourceLink, Benify, and related integrations. The role combines hands-on application support and IT service management with stakeholder leadership, release and change governance, data integrity, vendor management, and support for HR technology projects and business transformation. It requires experience with enterprise HR or payroll systems, integrations, releases, testing, governance, and stakeholder communication.
