Kinetic Games is hiring a Head of HR to lead the studio’s people function and advise the CEO, directors, and leadership team on employee relations, performance management, organisational development, policies, compensation, workforce planning, and UK employment law compliance. The role manages and develops the HR team, supports organisational growth and change, advises on complex people matters, and uses people data to inform leadership decisions. It is a hybrid position based at the Southampton office with three days per week onsite, and applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
