Buena is hiring a Head of HR to build and scale its HR organization for more than 1,000 employees across its Berlin headquarters and property management companies throughout Germany. The role will create people systems, ensure data accuracy, advise managing directors and HQ leadership on employment law, and redesign HR processes across the portfolio. Candidates should have HR experience with several hundred full-time employees, expertise in employment law, experience building processes from scratch, and native-level German; the role requires working in the office every day.
