Klipboard is hiring a Head of HR Management to lead global HR operations, employment compliance, policy governance, employee relations, risk management, and the HR management team across multiple operating regions. The role owns compliance frameworks, policy and handbook governance, complex people matters, audit and reporting, and the responsible use of approved AI tools, while balancing global standards with local legal and cultural requirements. It requires senior HR leadership experience, multi-jurisdictional compliance expertise, policy and employee relations ownership, and strong communication and judgement.
