HEB GmbH Hagener Entsorgungsbetrieb is hiring a Head of HSE for its waste management operation in Hagen. The role develops and implements health, safety, environmental, and fire protection strategies; coordinates HSE measures and contractors; maintains Quentic-based management documentation; conducts risk analyses; manages authority and insurance communications; and develops the EMAS environmental management system for the municipal waste incineration plant. The position reports to executive management and requires a relevant technical degree, HSE or fire-protection training, professional experience in a relevant sector, MS Office and Quentic skills, and excellent German.
