Description

Tide is hiring an ICT Manager for Tide Platform S.A. (TPSA), its EU entity, based in Luxembourg. The role owns the entity’s ICT strategy, project roadmap, digital operational resilience strategy, outsourcing lifecycle, third-party risk, DORA obligations, cloud estate, first-line security requirements, AI governance, and regulatory reporting. It requires extensive experience in regulated financial institutions, third-party risk, cloud engineering, and regulatory oversight, with CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred. The gross annual salary is €90,000 to €120,000, with equity and additional benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Extensive ICT governance experience in a regulated financial institution, including DORA delivery
Deep third-party and outsourcing risk experience across the full lifecycle
Experience with intra-group delegation, sub-outsourcing, data location, and concentration risk
Direct experience with the CSSF and Luxembourg local-substance expectations
Experience with modern cloud and engineering practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native architecture
Experience implementing ISO 27001 ISMS and using NIST CSF and PCI DSS frameworks
Preferred Qualifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification
Fluent English, with French, German, or Luxembourgish
