Description

maxRTE is hiring a Head of Implementation to lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise healthcare clients, including client instance configuration, SFTP and API integrations, workflow testing, UAT, client advisory, and go-live handoff. The role combines hands-on implementation work with team leadership and coaching, requires at least 8 years of experience leading complex software implementations, and offers remote work flexibility, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a performance bonus, 401(k) matching, and unlimited PTO.

Proven success managing large-scale implementations in complex healthcare environments or EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner
