Campfire is hiring a Head of Implementations to own and scale its customer onboarding function. The role leads Implementation Managers, owns the end-to-end implementation methodology, develops playbooks and documentation, manages implementation KPIs, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. Candidates need 10+ years of accounting, finance, or ERP implementation experience, leadership experience, hands-on ERP implementation knowledge, strong accounting fluency, and excellent communication skills. The position is based in San Francisco, California, and is an in-office role.
