Description
Constructor is hiring a Head of Cybersecurity to lead and expand its security function across application security, security compliance, infrastructure and cloud security, and business application security. The role takes over a small existing security team, sets security direction, represents security to leadership, and works hands-on with engineering, IT, compliance, DevOps, and business application teams. Responsibilities include application security reviews, CI/CD integration, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification, Kubernetes and cloud security, Microsoft 365 and business application controls, and vendor risk management. The position requires at least 8 years of information security experience, including 3+ years in leadership, and offers remote work in locations without offices or hybrid work in locations with offices.
