Head of Information Security at Moomoo

Moomoo Malaysia is seeking a hands-on, independent Head of Information Security to lead local information security governance, cybersecurity regulatory compliance, regulatory engagement, audits, incident reporting, cyber resilience, and security awareness initiatives. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, familiarity with Malaysian capital markets and financial-services regulations, knowledge of ISO 27001 or NIST, and strong stakeholder-management skills across regulators, global security teams, and internal functions.
