Head of Information Security – Compliance and Governance at Proactis

Proactis is hiring a Head of Information Security – Compliance and Governance to lead its information security governance, compliance and assurance capability. Reporting to the CISO, the role will maintain and improve the Information Security Management System, manage ISO 27001 and other external assurance activities, coordinate audit readiness and evidence, lead internal control reviews, embed security requirements across SaaS development and operations, support customer and privacy assurance, govern third-party risk, and oversee security incident governance and compliance training. The position requires extensive ISMS and security governance experience, strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and related assurance frameworks, and the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
