Smartcat is hiring a DevOps and Infrastructure Manager to lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams and manage the technical infrastructure supporting development, staging, and production environments. The role focuses on improving availability, scalability, reliability, CI/CD quality, disaster recovery, and release processes while building and developing engineering teams across regions and time zones. Candidates need experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business, DevOps and SRE experience with high-RPS distributed products, hands-on CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code work, secure development environments, and cloud application experience. The technology stack includes .NET Core, MongoDB, Vue, AWS, Kafka, ES, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Jaeger, and Kubernetes.
