Rottendorf Pharma is hiring a Head of Infrastructure Services to lead and develop its Infrastructure Services department within the Digitalization unit. The role combines professional and disciplinary leadership of a nine-person team with responsibility for the stable, secure, and future-proof operation of central IT infrastructure, including data centers, virtualization, networks, firewalls, backups, Citrix, Microsoft 365, and hosting environments. The position also leads complex infrastructure and digitalization projects, supports specialist departments, manages external service providers, collaborates with the CISO on security, and develops employees. The role is based in Ennigerloh, North Rhine-Westphalia, and requires several years of IT infrastructure and leadership experience, a completed degree in IT or comparable qualification, and experience with infrastructure projects and external service providers.
