Description
The Head of AI & Strategic Innovation will lead the transition to an AI-First Software Factory, evolving the software development lifecycle toward Spec-Driven Development and applying intelligent automation across Sales, HR, Finance, and other internal areas. The role requires deep Generative AI and LLM expertise, experience with AI-native development environments, autonomous agents, RAG, orchestration frameworks, and operational automation, along with strategic presales and C-suite collaboration. The position is remote or hybrid and offers flexible working hours.
