Description
The Solana Foundation is seeking a Head of Institutional Growth for Japan to lead business development and strategic partnerships in the region. The role involves defining and executing Solana's BD strategy for Japan, building relationships with senior executives at financial institutions and regulators, supporting the Japan Superteam and ecosystem partners, collaborating with global teams, and representing the Solana Foundation at industry events. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in business development within fintech, enterprise, financial services, or blockchain, with a proven ability to engage senior leaders and an established executive-level network in Japan. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English, along with a strong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and regulatory dynamics in Japan, are essential.
