Head of Internal Audit - Director at Swissquote

Swissquote is hiring a Head of Internal Audit to lead and build its internal audit function across the Group, including governance, risk-based audit strategy, audit planning, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, technology and cybersecurity audits, and the transition from an outsourced model to an in-house function. The role reports to the Board of Directors and Audit & Risk Committee, requires a relevant master's degree and a professional internal audit qualification, and demands at least 10 years of relevant financial-services audit, risk, compliance or related experience, including experience managing outsourced audit providers and establishing an internal audit function.
