Description
Ascot UK is hiring a Head of Internal Controls to lead the UK Internal Controls function, own the Internal Control over Financial Reporting programme, develop and enhance the internal control framework, manage control testing and remediation, coordinate with external auditors, and line-manage the Technical Accountant. The role requires an ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, 5 to 10 years of progressive external audit experience, knowledge of US and UK GAAP, SOX, COSO, and control auditing, plus strong communication, analytical, project management, and team leadership skills. The position is hybrid.
