Ascot Group is hiring a Head of Investment Operations to lead and scale the investment operations function supporting its global investment platform. The role owns investment reporting, portfolio operations, data management, platform adoption, process improvement, testing, documentation, and operational governance, while partnering with Investments, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Technology, and other teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of investment operations experience, and at least three years leading an operations function. The position is based in Stamford, Connecticut, with hybrid work and an annualized base pay range of $200,000 to $240,000.
