Quartermaster AI is hiring a Head of Launch for Africa to lead the company’s expansion across Africa’s maritime regions. The role combines regulatory strategy and market de-risking with government and regulatory relations, policy mapping, import and logistics setup, vendor ecosystem development, fleet and port partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and regional team leadership. The position requires at least eight years of senior operations, market launch, business development, or public policy experience, strong knowledge of African maritime markets, proven government and public-private partnership experience, and English fluency.
