Description
Legora is hiring a Team Lead for Law Firms across Scandinavia and the Baltics to lead a Legal Engineering team from Stockholm. The role combines first-line management, coaching, hiring, capacity and quality oversight with senior judgment on high-value law-firm engagements, commercial adoption, renewals, expansion, product feedback and regional customer relationships. It requires substantial senior experience, strong legal and commercial judgment, English fluency, and availability to work from the Stockholm office five days per week while travelling across Scandinavia and the Baltics.
