Legora is hiring a Director-level Head of Legal Engineering, Italy, based in Milan. The role will establish the Legal Engineering function, build and develop the team and Team Leads, hire and coach Legal Engineers, partner with commercial and engagement leadership, lead high-stakes enterprise engagements, create reusable playbooks, and shape the market’s view of AI and legal work. Candidates should be qualified to practise law in Italy, have substantial legal, legal-operations, or legal-technology experience, have built teams or operating models, understand commercial legal services and enterprise software, and communicate fluently in Italian and English. The position requires working from the Milan office five days per week and traveling across Italy.
