Description
Charge Robotics is hiring a Head of Manufacturing to establish and lead its manufacturing function from the first production facility through scalable field-deployment manufacturing. The role owns production operations, manufacturing engineering, new-product-introduction processes, cost-of-goods reduction, supplier and contract-manufacturer qualification, documentation, and EHS compliance. Candidates need at least 10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing leadership and experience bringing complex electromechanical systems to production. The position is based in or relocatable to the San Francisco Bay Area, with 4–5 days per week at the San Leandro headquarters and approximately 20% travel.
