Head of Modeling at ClarityPay

ClarityPay is hiring its first Head of Modeling to build and lead the decision-science function from the ground up. The role owns credit and fraud modeling across the lending lifecycle, real-time point-of-sale decisioning, model governance, validation, monitoring, fair-lending compliance, and the data infrastructure supporting model deployment. The Head of Modeling will establish the internal modeling team, operating model, standards, and governance framework while reporting to the Chief Risk Officer. The role prefers Atlanta or New York City but considers remote locations, and offers a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 plus benefits.
