Oscar is hiring a Head of Network Recruiting to lead strategic provider sourcing and expand its payer network through non-anchor providers, Essential Community Providers, and Federally Qualified Health Centers. The role supports network adequacy, patient access, recruitment pipeline velocity, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with contracting, strategy, and market leadership teams. It reports to the Senior Vice President, Network & Provider Management, is based in the New York office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week, and offers a base salary of $198,720 to $260,820 per year plus benefits, equity, and performance bonuses.
