Save the Children is hiring a Head of New Business Development (NBD) Manager for the Malawi-Zimbabwe Cluster to lead strategic funding growth, donor relationships, opportunity and proposal management, portfolio planning, and humanitarian resource mobilisation across Malawi and Zimbabwe. The role reports to the PDQ Director, provides line management and coaching to NBD staff, and requires a master’s degree, at least seven years of funding experience, strong proposal-writing and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English. The position may require extended travel during major humanitarian emergencies.
