Description
BAE Systems is hiring an internal Head of NSIGN for its Portsmouth site to lead the negotiation and delivery of a future warship support solution for a UK customer. The role will define customer requirements across a trilateral alliance, negotiate a long-term multi-billion-pound contract, transform a complex 2,000-person organisation, align global support solutions, embed emerging technologies, develop project management practices, and coach and govern the direct team. It requires extensive project management, customer, commercial, and negotiation experience, with alliance and warship-support experience desirable. The position is designated for permanent and fixed-term BAE Systems employees who have completed 12 months in their current role.
