Description
Airwallex is hiring a Head of Onboarding and FinCrime Operations to lead a global team responsible for new-client onboarding, periodic reviews, KYC, name screening, transaction monitoring, investigations, and financial crime controls. The role owns strategy, team capacity, resourcing, OKRs, performance management, process and control improvement, documentation quality, and AI transformation, while balancing risk, customer experience, and commercial impact. It requires senior leadership experience in regulated financial services or payments, AML/CTF and KYC expertise, scaling operations across geographies, and experience with automation or AI-led transformation. The position is based in London or Singapore.
