Description
Odin is hiring a senior fund operations leader to own and rebuild its end-to-end fund administration, investment launch and closing, post-close governance, exit, and operating systems. The role manages two senior operators and the underlying deal operations team, drives AI-powered automation, makes high-stakes commercial and deal decisions, and sets performance and cultural standards. It requires direct management of teams of five or more for at least three years, strong first-principles reasoning, and significant AI operations experience; prior regulated financial services experience is a plus. The role is London-based with at least three days per week in the office and pays £120,000–£150,000 base plus equity.
