Description
Eucalyptus is hiring a Head of Operations to lead and scale its operational footprint in Germany, serving as the operational right-hand to the General Manager. The role owns Patient Operations and Clinical Operations for a 20+ person organization, including patient experience, SLAs, resolution quality, clinical workflows, headcount, capacity planning, KPI delivery, operational systems, and cross-functional representation. Candidates should have 7–12 years of experience in high-growth operational environments, a record of scaling operations and leading teams of 10–30 people, strong analytical and operational tooling skills, and fluency in English. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a salary of €110,000–€120,000 plus RSUs and other benefits.
