Description
Gigs is hiring a Head of Operations to own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from signed contract to live revenue, establish company-wide operating cadence and business reporting, set operational standards across functional teams, and lead Business Operations including expansion, AI, and special projects. The role requires building operational infrastructure at a high-growth startup, strong planning and analytical skills, and experience with AI as an operational lever. It is based in or moving to New York or San Francisco, with regular time in a company hub and occasional travel.
