Reporting to the Country Manager, the role leads finance, human resources, supply chain, administration, logistics, security, information and communication technology, and audit functions; supervises senior operational staff; manages budgets, grants, compliance, risk, safeguarding, climate action, and operational improvements; and coordinates with HR and partner safeguarding teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of management experience including senior management and supervisory experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and 35% field travel.
