Moomoo is hiring an experienced Head of Operations / Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end securities and investment product operations across multiple markets. The role covers settlement, transaction processing, corporate actions, custody and position reconciliation, operational controls, regulatory and management reporting, audits, counterparty engagement, risk and process improvement, and team leadership. Candidates need at least eight years of operations experience in a stockbroking, investment banking, or regulated financial institution, leadership experience, strong trade-lifecycle knowledge, and English and Malay proficiency.
